One thing I always explain to clients is that dry hair and damaged hair aren't necessarily the same thing.

If your hair feels rough, fluffy or thirsty but isn't particularly weak or breaking, you might benefit more from a really good moisture mask than another strengthening treatment.

And don't forget to squeeze out excess water before applying your mask. You want the treatment on your hair, not disappearing down the drain!
