Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How do I know which box is right for me?
Each box is designed for a different hair concern. Visit the product pages to find the best match for your hair, or get in touch if you're unsure.
Why are there products from different brands?
Because they're the best products for the job. Every routine has been carefully curated using the products April genuinely recommends to her own clients.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. All products are 100% genuine professional salon products sourced through authorised suppliers.
Can I buy the products individually?
Yes. Most products are also available to purchase individually through the website.
Can I swap products in a box?
To keep things simple, the boxes are pre-curated and products can't be swapped. Every product has been carefully chosen to work together as part of the routine.
What if I already own one of the products?
The boxes are designed as complete routines, so products can't be substituted. If you only need specific products, many are also available to purchase individually.
Can I buy a refill without purchasing the whole box again?
Yes. Most products can be purchased individually when it's time to top up.
Using Your BOXED
How long will my box last?
This depends on your hair length, thickness and how often you wash your hair. Most products will last several months when used as directed.
Can I use the products together?
Yes. Every product has been selected to work together as part of a complete haircare routine.
Orders & Returns
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I return my order?
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened haircare products. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
